bountyreach provides software for analyzing public creator content and generating structured reports, patterns, and recommendations based on that content.

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time where reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or use bountyreach to violate rights of others or applicable law.

You may not resell access, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use automated means to overload the service without our permission.

If paid features or plans are offered, the pricing shown at the time of purchase applies. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

We may change pricing for future periods, but changes will not apply retroactively to a billing cycle that has already started.

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific outcomes, or perfect accuracy of analysis results.

You remain responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them for business, legal, or commercial decisions.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent, gross negligence, and breaches of essential contractual obligations. This does not affect mandatory statutory liability.
